KDKA on Eliza Furnace Trail

I've actually seen a news van parked here on several occasions. On this one, KDKA TV Unit 80 was blocking the trail when they could have moved 10 feet in any of a number of directions and not done so. The cameraman was in the back while newscaster Bob Allen (I assume, because the KDKA website indicates Bob is the only black male working the morning shift) was dozing in the passenger seat.

The location label says 1st St but from the picture it looks like this is Eliza Furnace Trail under the Liberty Bridge. Is that right?

Yes, it is under the bridge. First avenue is the nearest street running perpendicular to the bridge and there is another street that runs under the liberty bridge into the parking garage. I don't know the name of that cross street. It doesn't show on maps because it is entirely underneath the Liberty Bridge.
